This website is operated by PT. Arunika Cahaya Kreatif (“Arunika”, “we”). This policy explains what happens to information when you visit the site or contact us through it.

This website has no user accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers. The enquiry form on the contact page does not send anything to us or store anything on this website: it only arranges what you type into a WhatsApp message on your own device, which you can read and edit before you choose to send it.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical information needed to deliver pages securely — such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare also tells the site which country a visit comes from, which we use only to choose a starting language (Bahasa Indonesia for visitors in Indonesia, English elsewhere). We do not store this information.

If you choose a language using the EN | ID switch, your choice is saved in a small cookie in your browser (“arunika_lang”) for up to one year, so the site opens in that language next time. It contains only “en” or “id” and is not used for anything else. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

WhatsApp buttons on this site open a conversation with our business number, sometimes with a suggested first message that you can edit before sending. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Messages you send are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy. We use the information you share — such as your name, company and project details — only to respond to your enquiry and to prepare and carry out any work we agree on. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.

Photographs show real assignments carried out by our teams. Brand names and logos visible in them belong to their respective owners. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, please contact us and we will review the request promptly.

We may update this policy as the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
